Our commitment to responsible AI
Revio Cyber Security is committed to the responsible, ethical, and secure use of artificial intelligence. We operate an AI Management System (AIMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 42001:2023.
Our use of AI is guided by the following principles.
Transparency: We are honest about where and how we use AI. Where AI has contributed materially to a deliverable provided to you, we will tell you.
Privacy and security by design: Customer information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act and data processed by our AI systems is protected by the same controls that govern the rest of our environment, including those required by our ISO/IEC 27001 certified Information Security Management System.
Human oversight: AI does not make decisions for our customers, and it does not replace the judgement of our analysts and consultants.
How we use AI today
We use AI internally to make our teams more effective at protecting our customers. Today, our use of AI includes:

Supporting our security analysts with investigations, threat hunting, and incident response

Helping our teams find, summarise, and act on information across our internal knowledge base

Enhancing day-to-day productivity, content generation, and internal conversational assistance
We do not currently operate any AI system that is directly customer-facing. If that changes, we will tell you — and we will provide the information you need to understand how AI is being used in the service we provide to you.
Continuous improvement
AI technology, regulation, and best practice are all evolving rapidly. We review our AI practices regularly and when there is a meaningful change in our AI scope, the regulatory environment, or the technology itself.
